The Butcher & The Bean, our European-style Café located within The Grocer, has launched two holiday charcuterie boards to make your Thanksgiving entertaining a little easier.

Each board serves 8-10 people. You can pre-order these boards until Monday, November 23 and they can be picked up on Wednesday, November 25th, from 11AM – 8PM.

The Gobbler has all of the essentials and a few special house-made touches.

  • The Meats: Serrano Ham, Pepperoni, Salchicharon, Mortadella
  • The Cheeses: Sharp Cheddar, Swiss, Fontina, Brie
  • The Fixins’: Apricots, Pickled Red Onion*, Mint, Olives, Radish Slices, Marcona Almonds
  • The Drizzles: Balsamic Jam, Piquillo Relish*, Honey
  • The Bases: Crostini, Crackers, Cucumbers (GF)

The Big Bird takes it up a notch with coveted Jamon Iberico, our house-cured Salmon and a few other special elements fit for a celebration!

  • The Land and Sea: Iberico Ham (Spain), Prosciutto, Hot Capicola, House-cured Salmon Gravlaks
  • The Cheeses: Fresh Mozzarella, Manchego, Parmesan, Smoked Gouda
  • The Fixins’: Grapes, Pickled Red Onion*, Pickled Carrots*, Mint, Olives, Radish Slices, Marcona Almonds
  • The Drizzles: Balsamic Jam, Piquillo Relish*, Fig Jam
