Mark and Michelle Maturo are veterans of the restaurant industry. Mark is a native of Hartford, Connecticut. He has been an Executive Chef for more than 25 years with positions held at Carbone’s Kitchen, the Mount Snow Resort and the Stratton Mountain Club. Michelle has 30 years of sales, service and event planning experience, maintaining the highest standard of guest service.
