Space for 100-700 Guests
1390 @ Parkville Market is a completely private, industrial-chic, 7,000 square foot event space across the patio from the Market. It has three large bars, full AV capabilities, and can be set to accommodate everything from a seated dinner or a corporate luncheon conference to a gala or wedding – even a concert!
The Local
Space for 25-75 Guests
The Local is our cocktail bar located on the second floor and can be rented out for events partially or in full. The space is full of natural light during the day and has a fun and eclectic feel, while still reflecting the industrial feel of the rest of the building. This space is perfect for a social or corporate gathering where people are mingling and enjoying a few of our hand-crafted cocktails.
