Parkville Market is closed on Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.

Headliner: Jake Velazquez

Born and raised in the Bronx, Jake Velazquez started comedy in NYC in 2019. The son of a Jewish east village artist and a Puerto Rican renowned musician, his comedy consists of his unconventional upbringing, his divergent ethnicities and edgy observations that could only come from a seasoned New Yorker. Jake has been featured on New York Comedy Festivals Comics to Watch, Rogue Island Comedy Festival and Red Clay. He also performs around the country opening for Jordan Jensen.

Feature: Gina Hyena:

Smart, sassy, fun. Northeast Italian that gave up med school to pursue the dream of healing people with laughter. Growing up in the Northeast and spending her formative years in NYC has made a huge impact on my view and voice. She considers her mind to belong to NYC and heart to belong in Texas. Gina has performed all across the country and regularly in NYC major comedy clubs. Gina has been on Kill Tony, Compound Media, and has opened for Joe Rogan.

Opener: John Sikie

John Sikie is a NYC based comedian. He started comedy at 19 years old and has performed at clubs, colleges, casinos, and theaters throughout the Northeast. Venues include Broadway Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, The Grisly Pear, The Comedy Shop, Laugh Boston, Nick’s Comedy Stop, The Rhode IslandComedy Connection, Mohegan Sun, and Tropicana Casino in New Jersey to name a few. In 2017 he featured at Bryant University’s Janikes Theatre. In 2019 he opened for National Headliner Sean Patton. And in 2022 he performed at the Rogue Island Comedy Festival. John brings a silly and peculiar energy to the stage, and when you see him live you realize that he is like nobody else on this planet.

Hosted By: Ayesheh Mae

Ayesheh is a CT based comic who is very crass and loves emo music. She currently produces the successful Filthy Comedy which she runs all on her own. She runs shows at breweries all across the state, and has also performed at COMIX at Mohegan Sun, the Grisley Pear and Broadway Comedy Club in NYC, and recently performed in the Portland Comedy Festival.
